1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 egg white
1 Tbsp Club House Garlic Plus seasoning
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Soup:
6 cups low-sodium beef stock
2 cups tomato juice
3/4 cup dry whole wheat small pasta (like orzo or tiny shells)
1 large carrot, julienned
1 tsp. onion powder

Here is how you make Easy Meatball Soup:

Meatballs: Mix all meatball ingredients well. Shape into 3/4 inc balls (or smaller). Set aside.Soup: Put all soup ingredients into large saucepan. Bring to boil. Add meatballs. Return to boil. Cover and simmer slowly for about 7 minutes until pasta and meatballs are cooked.
