Here is how you make No Fat Cream of Asparagus Soup:

In a large saucepan put in about 2 ounces of the FF broth and add onions and celery and cook until soft. Add the remainder of the FF broth and the water and bring to a boil. Cut the tips off the asparagus and set aside. Cut the stems into 1" pieces and place in the boiling liquid along with the rice and boil untilasparagus is tender about 20 minutes.. Cool slightly and put into blender or processor along with sour cream and blend until smooth. Add dash of nutmeg and pepper.
