1/2 an onion, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 cups salsa, 4 tbsp ground cumin, 1 can/cup of black beans, 1 can/cup of red kidney beans, 1 can/cup of yellow sweet canned corn, 1 can of chicken broth, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup

Here is how you make Joobie's Fiesta Soup:

Combine and blend in a blender the mushroom and chicken soups, chicken broth, Cumin, and salsa. Drain and rinse thoroughly the black beans, kidney beans, and corn. In a stove top pot, heat the olive oil and then saute the onion. Once done, pour the blended items in the pot, and then mix in the rinsed items. Cook on low to medium heat for 30 minutes.
