Set aside.In a soup pot, gently heat olive oil on medium setting; and add crushed garlic. Cook for 5 minutes;add chopped bacon and cook for 1 additional minute; Slowly add water to pot. Increase heat to medium-high. When water begins to boil, add Kale, Cabbage and Mustard greens- make sure that all greens are submerged in cooking liquid. Place lid on pot and lower heat. Simmer greens for 15 minutes; lastly, add chopped tomato, Mrs. Dash seasoning, and salt-to taste. Remove from burner and allow to cool before serving.
