2 tsp Garlic (use food processor)
1/4 cup fresh chopped ginger (use food processor)
6 - 8 ounces of chicken breast - no skin
1 cup Scallions, raw, chopped
salt and pepper to taste (as the homemade chicken stock has no salt in it you will most like need to add some kosher salt)

Use a heavy stock pot and add:6 cups of Chicken stock, home-prepared6.5 ounces of Portabella Mushrooms fresh chopped6.5 ounces of Mushrooms, fresh chopped2. once the mushrooms have started to soften add the next few ingrediants.1-3 tsps of red pepper flakes2 tsp Garlic (use food processor)1/4 cup fresh chopped ginger (use food processor)3. allow to simmer for a few more minutes to help the flavors combine. 4.
