Add onions and garlic, saut`e, stir often, cook maybe 5 min. Add broth and barley, season with salt and pepper to tast.Bring to a boil and cook barley covered for 15 min. Add char (or kale) abd potatoes and cook another 15 min. Untill potatoes are almost tender. Stir is Kielbasa, paprika and smoke flavor and cook till sausage is heated through and potatoes are tender. About 5 min. more. Yummy~~ serve with rolls and salad, will fill an even bigger group! Hearty and worm comfort food.
