Here is how you make Moroccon Lamb Soup:

Heat up olive oil in soup stock pan. Add cubed lamb and onions - brown. Add garlic. Add spices and cook for a couple minutes. Add broth, diced tomatoes with juice, drained and rinsed beans. Simmer on low covered for a couple hours. Add chopped spinach. Cook for an additional 15 minutes. Makes 4 - 2 cup servings. May serve over rice.
