Here is how you make Cauliflower/Lentil Soup:

Cook lentils for 20-30min and drain-set aside.Cook cauliflower, bok choy in chicken broth/water until tender( about 25 mins). Chop onions and garlic and saute in olive oil until slightly brown.( 10 mins) Add to soup mixture.Add lentils to mixture and simmer for about 1 hour.Add spices and stir, and let cool.
