Here is how you make Coconut Curry Lentil Soup:

Bring chicken broth, squash soup and water to a slow boil, add lentils and cook gently until done. Approx 20-25 minutes. The liquids will slowly absorb into the lentils. You may need to add a bit more water to cook them through.In another pan, saute onions, peppers, garlic and asparagus in olive oil.Add sauteed mixture,dry seasonings, ginger root and coconut milk to cooked lentil mixture. Mix well and taste for seasoning.Serve with a lime wedge and chopped cilantro.If you want the coconut milk to be a more enhanced flavor, cut the sauteed veggies by half or leave the peppers out. Adjust salt, curry and ginger root amounts to your liking.IMPORTANT NOTE: the fat and calorie info on the list provided for the coconut milk, did not have accurate info for the product I used.
