Here is how you make Instant Pot Lentil Soup:

Heat oil in the bottom of an Instant Pot on the saut? setting. Add onion and celery and saut?, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes, until onions are translucent and starting to brown. (Add the garlic to the mixture after 8 minutes.) Add the wine and stir to deglaze pot. Continue to cook on saut? setting until wine has cooked off.Add carrots, tomatoes, lentils, bay leaves, broth, pepper, salt, and thyme. Stir. Place lid on Instant Pot and set for Bean/Chili setting with timer set to 14 minutes and vent in the sealed position.When timer goes off, release the pressure. Stir soup and add more salt if needed.
