1 cup dried minced onion

1 1/2 t. salt
2 carrots, sliced or chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced or chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
2 15oz cans tomato sauce
1 24oz can vegetable juice cocktail (V-8 type)

Here is how you make FCMC Extremely Healthy Soup Mix:

To make soup, add 1 1/3 cups dry mix and the salt to 6 cups water in a large stockpot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours.Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for another 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.Note: The dry mix recipe will make enough for 7 pots of soup. Measure into baggies and include a copy of the recipe.Cooks notes: I omitted the tomato sauce and used a full 46 oz can of veg. juice. I added about a teaspoon of pepper.
