How Do I Make Mixed Mushroom Soup?

Here is how you make Mixed Mushroom Soup:

Put 4 cups water in large pot, along with the sliced carrots, celery, cabbage, and bring to boil. Lower heat to medium while you prepare the other ingredients.Dice onion and place in a large (I use a square) fry pan, with the EVOO and butter. Allow to cook at very low heat while you prepare mushrooms (about 10 min). Dice all mushrooms and add to the frying pan once the onions get transluscent. Turn the heat up to medium. Add 2 tbsp Bragg Liquid Amino, stir to mix it up and put the lid on, cook for about 5 minutes or until the mushrooms begin to release their juices.Remove lid and cook the mushrooms/onions until all the liquid cooks off and the mushrooms start to brown (about 20 min), stirring often. Add the flax seed, continue cooking for 5 minutes. Add this mixture to your soup pot, along with remaining ingredients, and simmer for 45 min.Puree soup at conclusion of cooking time, remove from heat and add the milk. Milk can be added to individual portions if desired and balance of the soup can be frozen in small portions for future use.
