Here is how you make Now's the Caramelized Onion Soup:

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil on pan on high heat. Add onions to hot oil stirring constantly for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and continue to stir for 10 minutes. Add a dash of salt, reduce heat to medium-low and cook 10 more minutes. Remove from heat add balsamic and stir making sure to scrape the pan.
