How Do I Make TJ's Onion Soup?

Here is how you make TJ's Onion Soup:

Melt butter in stockpot and add onions over medium heat for about an 45 min. to an hour. Stir in pepper, paprika and bay leaf and flour; saute over low heat 10 minutes more, stirring frequently. Pour in water, bouillion, Worcestershire sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours. Remove Bay Leaf.
