1 serving rigatoni pasta cooked
3 cups beef or veggie broth

Here is how you make Roasted Vegetable Soup with pasta:

Pre-cook pasta and set aside. Chop up veggies about the same size so they cook in the same amount of time. Put in a plastic bag or bowl and add olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well and place on cookie sheet and bake in middle of over for about 35 minutes at 350. Stir veggies and return to middle of oven on broil for 10 to 15 minutes to caramelize. ( get some dark brown on them) Remove from oven and place in food processor or blender add beef broth or veggie broth if you want vegetarian and blend until smooth.
