100gm smoked bacon or speck
or bacon bones to equal
250gm leeks

Here is how you make Green Pea Soup Dutch:

Wash and soak peas overnightBring peas and bacon or bones to the boil and simmer gently for approx 2 hours.Remove bacon / bones.
