2 Tbsp dried parsley flakes
2 Tbsp powdered onion

1 cup grated parmesean cheese

Here is how you make Pea Soup Parmesean:

Makes 6 1.5 cup servings. In large stock pot. put in water and 1 cup of the chicken , parsley flakes and onion powder broth with the dried split peas. Heat on high until a good boil starts. Stir well and reduce to a simmer and cover with lid partially off pot. Let simmer for 60-90 minutes, or until peas are mushy. Feel free to add more water if needed to cook down peas better if desired. Stir in parmesan cheese and last cup of chicken broth.
