Here is how you make Thai Peanut Soup:

Roast chicken breast in oven. Cut into bite-sized pieces; set aside.Put broth, coconut milk, ginger juice, scallions and PB in a medium-sized pan. Bring to a boil; turn down heat and allow to simmer until reduced by 1/4. Put some stock in a small cup with miso and stir until miso is dissolved; add back to pot, along with the chicken and cook for 2-3 mins. Rinse shiratake noodles thoroughly and add to soup.
