How Do I Make Japanese-Inspired Pork Soup?

Here is how you make Japanese-Inspired Pork Soup:

Combine raw ground pork with half of minced green onion, ginger, sesame oil, minced garlic, sake or white wine, and 3 tsp of soy sauce reserving the remaining tsp for the broth. Brown pork mixture in a skillet over medium heat. While the pork is browning, add 6 cups of water to a 2.5 quart sauce pan. Add the chicken bouillon and the reserved tsp of soy sauce, and bring the broth to a boil over medium high heat. Add the browned pork, red pepper flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, Miso broth concentrate, remaining green onion, and 1 cup of water. Return to a boil, then reduce heat to low and let simmer 1 hour. Serve hot as a broth or with pasta. Enjoy!
