1 bell pepper, diced

1 T. cumin

1 chipotle chili in adobo sauce (with about 1 T. sauce)
12 oz. lager
10-oz. pkg. frozen corn kernels
2 c. chicken broth
4 c. water
1 large bunch kale, stemmed, torn into bite-sized pieces (about 8 cups all torn up)

Here is how you make Spicy Pork Soup:

Brown pork cubes on all sides. Throw into slow cooker. Drain all but 1 T. fat from pan.In fat from browning pork saute onions and peppers for 5-6 minutes over medium high heat, till softened. Add spices & chili in adobo sauce and saute another minute, till fragrant. Deglaze pan with lager, scraping up all browned bits on the bottom. Pour contents of pan into slow cooker. Add chicken broth and frozen corn. Cover and cook on high for 3-1/2 to 4 hours (or low for 7 to 8 hours), till pork is cooked through. Add kale and stir to combine, cover and let cook 10 to 15 minutes, till kale is tender. Serve.Serving Size:?1-1/2 cups soup per serving
