Wash Potatos , cut off any bad spots. Stick with fork all around and Bake for 1 hour (microwave all for 20 minutes). Peel the potato skin off and cut into cubes. Set aside.Cut bacon into pieces and cook in soup pot. When browned remove pieces, add a 1/2 cup water to lift the pieaces off the bottom of pan, then add butter, seasonings and melt. Slowly stir in flour. Stir until smooth and bubbly over med. high heat. Gradually add in milk, stir constantly until sauce thickens. Add potatos until soup begins to bubble. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
