The ingredients for Broccoli and Potato Soup are:

4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
4 cups broccoli, chopped
1 cup chopped kale
1 cup onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, squished
2 teaspoons Knorr Chicken Bouillon
8 cups boiling water
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Salt and pepper, to taste


How Do I Make Broccoli and Potato Soup?

Here is how you make Broccoli and Potato Soup:

In a large saucepan, cook the onions and garlic in the butter over low/medium heat until translucent.Dissolve the bouillon in the hot water and add to the onions and garlic. Bring to a boil. Add the chopped potatoes. I like to add a few dried bay leaves. Cook until soft. Then add the broccoli and kale. Reduce heat to medium low to simmer until the broccoli stalks are soft. Remove the bay leaves and discard. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup in the sauce pan. Or, you can use a regular ol' countertop style blender and puree in batches. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Serving Size:?Makes approximately 13 1 cup servings
