3 cups skim milk
1/3 cup flour
12oz reduced fat cheddar cheese

Saute onion, carrot, potatoes, and garlic in butter spread on medium heat until slightly tender.Add broth & broccoli. Bring mixture to a boil, over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium; cook for 10 minutes. Combine milk & flour, stirring w/ whisk until well blended. Add milk mixture to the pot. Cook 5-10 minutes or until slightly think, stirring constantly. Stir in pepper. Remove from heat; add cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Remove 1/3 of soup, put in blender or food processor and puree.
