1 lg clove garlic, chopped
4 cups kale, chopped
2 large potatoes, sliced thin
6 tbsp olive oil, separated
2 tbsp flour
2 cups mushrooms, sliced

Here is how you make Ham, Potato, and Kale Soup:

In a large soup pot, heat the chicken stock and add the potato slices. In a skillet, saute onion, garlic, mushroom, kale, and ham with 3 tbsp olive oil until onion is tender. Add three more tbsp olive oil and flour and cook for a few minutes, until the flour taste has been cooked out. Add sauteed mixture to the soup pot and stir well.
