Here is how you make Nancy's Potato Soup:

Cube Velveeta. Set aside. Dice onions. Saute Onions and Bacon. Combine Broth and potatoes in Soup Pot until Potatoes are tender on medium heat. Add onions and bacon. Cook for 20 minutes covered. Turn down heat. Add sour cream and cheese. Stir until it is mixed in well and cheese is melted. Add flour/water mixture to thicken. (It is just as good if you want to skip the flour.)
