Peel potatoes & add them to water boil until fork tender.. while the potaoes are cooking in a sm pan add butter, onion, garlic, celery & seasoning cook until onions are carmelized, set aside. When potatoes are finished drain put back into pot add corn butter mixture & milk cook together for about 30 minutes to combine all the seasonings.
