2 - 14 oz cans reduced sodium chicken broth
1 - 12 oz can skim evaporated milk
3/4 C. Fancy Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
2 C diced Ham, extra lean
Fresh ground pepper and onion powder/garlic powder to taste
Optional - 1 to 2 tsp dry dill weed

Here is how you make Toni's Scalloped potato soup:

Peel and slice potatoes. Put in large cooker, add enough chicken broth to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender. Mash slightly with a masher then add evaporated milk, diced ham, cheese and any seasonings you like (pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and dill weed are what I usually add).
