Here is how you make Twice Baked Potato Soup:

Boil potatoes and onions in water about 30 minutes. Mash potatoes a little, leave a few chunks in it. Add 1 cup nonfat dry milk. Add instant potatoes to thicken the soup. Add the bacon pieces, cheddar cheese, and sour cream. Mix well till cheese is melted. Serve in a soup bowl. Sprinkle french fried onions on top.
