Heat olive oil and saute leeks, celery and garlic for 7 minutes. Add carrots, sweet potatoes and green beans and cook for another 4 minutes. Add the stock and raise the heat to high. Add cabbage and black pepper. Reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
