1 cup Tubettini or Orzo or Ditalini

In large saucepan, heat oil. Add mushrooms, onion, and green pepper; cook until almost tender. Add zucchini; cook 1 minute. Stir in water, stewed tomatoes, and beef broth (salt and pepper, if desired); heat to boiling. Stir in uncooked pasta; heat to boiling. Cook stirring occasionally, 8 to 10 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Let stand for 15 minutes. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
