1 cup fresh green beans, trimmed and cut in half
5 fresh carrots - peeled and sliced
1/2 cup long grain brown rice dry
1 T Tarragon (dried)
1 t Basil (dried)
Curry Powder to taste (about 1 tsp)
Turmeric to taste (about 1 tsp)
Cayenne Pepper to taste (about 1 tsp)
Black pepper to taste (about 1 tsp)
