1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Here is how you make Vegetable soup with Lentils and Wild Rice:

In large pot add water and broth and bring to boil add in wild rice and lentils cook for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Add all vegetables and seasonings, except parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 20-30 minutes until all vegetables tender. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.Serve 1 cup with 1 tsp parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.I did not add any salt so this is why it is so low. The parmesan cheese on top adds a little salty flavor when eating but try not to stir it in. Great with a half of a sanwich or crackers.
