Here is how you make Cream of Mushroom Soup/Sauce:

Heat stock with dried mushrooms in microwave for 2 mins. Let sit until mushrooms pliable. Drain and save juice and chop mushrooms.Heat olive oil in saucepan. Add flour. Cook until brown and raw taste of flour is gone. Add mushroom juice. Add milk. Cook until thick. Add mushrooms and seasonings to taste. Thin with more stock if desired.This makes 2 c. soup/sauce.
