The ingredients for Ministrone Soup are:

1 med onion chopped finely
4 celery stalks
2-3 Carrots
4 cloves garlic
4 cups vegetable broth
1 can crushed tomatos
1 can beans in tomato sauce
2 tsp italian seasoning
fresh pepper to taste (about 1/8 tsp)
1 tbsp basil
1 cup water
2 cups macaroni or pasta shells.

Here is how you make Ministrone Soup:

Dice the onion and chop up the veggies small. Add to pot or bottom of the slow cooker. Add all other ingredients except the pasta.When the soup is almost done cook the pasta and then add to the mix. You could also cook the pasta in the soup but I like to cook it and give it a rinse before adding it so its not as starchy.Cook on low heat until done.
