-1 small can tomato sauce

---Brown and drain and/or pat your sausage meat to get as much grease off as possible. Add it back to your large pot. Top with your chopped onions, some slaw and then your peppers and the remaining slaw. Top all with your tomatoes, tomato sauce and chicken broth. Cover and cook on medium/low for about 1/2 hour or until ingredients like onions, peppers and slaw are to your desired tenderness.
