Bake any type of whole winter squash at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes with a little butter or olive oilMix together ground turkey and sausage and brown.Saute onion, celery and garlic in a little left over turkey and sausage oil.Put cooked squash, browned turkey sausage, sauteed onion, celery and garlic in a mid-sized pot. Add 6 cups of chicken broth. Bring to boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.Blend occasionally with a whisk.
