*Frozen Chopped Spinach,appx 2-3 portions.
* 1/2 tsp mixed herbs (or to taste)
* Ground black pepper (to taste)

* if not using frozen veg, add peas. corn and carrots as early as possible and dice very small.

EASY METHOD:Take bag of onion, 1 carrot (washed), chilli if using (washed and de-seeded), celery (washed and trimmed) and blend with appx 50ml of water,When finely chopped, add to a large pan and heat, try to make a little drier on a high heat but it doesn't matter too much.Add diced potato to pan.Add 1 litre of stock to the veg in pan.When bubbling nicely, keep heat high and add spinach.
