1 Can Coconut Milk
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Here is how you make Curried Squash and Cauliflower Soup:

Steam cauliflower, carrots and apple until tender. Puree in food processor. Saute garlic, shallots and jalapenos in olive oil. Combine garlic/shallot mixture with chicken broth in sauce pan.
