4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap,
2 Chicken Breast, cut into 1" cubes
2c. Sliced Carrots
2c. chopped Celery
3c. Sliced Zucchini
1c. Fresh shredded Cabbage
1.5 c. Cooked black beans
1c. Uncooked Brown Rice
1 Bunch Broccoli, cut unto florets
4 c. Fresh Spinach
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Dry mustard powder
1/2 tsp Celery salt
1/4 Black pepper
1/2 Dried Basil
1/2 Dried Oregano
1 6oz. Can Tomato Paste
3c. Tomato Puree (no salt added)



Cut up veggies and chicken breast into bite sized pieces, toss everything in an 8qt stock pot and simmer until veggies are tender and chicken is done. ~30-45min.


How Do I Make Everything Tomato Soup?

Here is how you make Everything Tomato Soup:

Peel and slice any vegetables that need to be, and cut chicken breast up into 3/4-1" cubes. Toss everything including spices into an 8qt stock pot. Add chicken broth and enough water to cover completely. Bring to rolling boil and add in tomato paste and tomato puree. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are fork tender and chicken is done. Let sit for 15 min before serving. Variation: Substitute Soup mac for brown rice, or omit chicken and substitute vegetable stock for chicken broth for a vegan/vegetarian soup.
