Warm the oil over low heat, not to the point of smoking. Add the cumin seeds and toast lightly. Add the minced garlic and very briefly saute. DO NOT BROWN.Add the soup & broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, add the seasoning, and simmer about 10 minutes to let the flavors blend.Makes 2 servings, or 1 big bowl.
