-First brown the Italian sausage in a skillet then drain, and set aside-Next, boil 8 cups of water, then mix with bouillon cubes-Then, in a large pot sauté butter and garlic until just golden brown-Add chicken stock & salt and bring to a boil-Add tortellini; cook for 4-5 min. -Turn the burner to low.
