Here is how you make CMR Tortilla Soup:

In large stock pot, place onions, bell peppers, beef broth, chicken broth, and approximately 8 cups water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 30 min. Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, and chicken. Add seasonings and adjust to taste. I usually have to play with the garlic and chili powder until they seem right. Simmer additioinal 30-45 min.
