1 - 15 oz can of Diced Tomatoes
1 - 14 oz container of Extra Firm Tofu
1 pound - ground Turkey Sausage
1 - Medium onion chopped
1 Tablespoon Minced Garlic
1 Tablespoon Brummel & Brown (butter alternative)
3/4 cup of Tomato Sauce

Here is how you make 15 Bean Soup with Turkey and Tofu - High Protein:

1. Rinse Beans very well.2. Place rinsed beans in a pot with 3 quarts of water.3. Bring to a rapid boil. Reduce heat, cover and continue boiling for 60 to 70 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.4. While beans are boiling, place butter, onions, and garlic in a skillet. Saute until golden brown. 5. Add Turkey and Tofu into the skillet. Break up the Turkey and Tofu. Cook until browned. Drain excess fluid if needed.6. Into the skillet add the Diced Tomatoes, Rotel and Tomato Sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.7. After the beans have cooked for 60 to 70 minutes, add the contents of the skillet and simmer for 30 to 45 more minutes.8. Add the contents of the flavor packet (located in the bean mix) 1 to 2 minutes before cooking is completed.9.
