Rinse dried beans. Then place in large pot and cover with 2 inches of cold water. Soak overnight (at least 6 hours but no more than 8 hours). Drain.Dice Turkey Sausage and brown in bottom of soup pot with olive oil. Allow to cook until has nice caramalization. Crack two cloves of garlic. Place pre-soaked beans, garlic, and flavor packet into the pot with the cooked sausage. Add water until level is approximately 2 inches above beans. Bring to a boil and reduce heat.
