8 oz (or 1 cup) Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup canned yellow whole kernal corn (DelMonte)
1/4 cup water chestnut slices, chopped
1/2 cup light red kidney beans
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp ( 2 dashes) hot pepper (tobasco) sauce, or to taste
