2 cups sliced raw carrots
1 large onion chopped
1 to 2 bell peppers chopped
1 cup chopped fresh asparagus
3 to 4 cloves of garlic sliced
2 cups of frozen corn or 1 can of canned corn (include the liquid)
8 oz of 2% Velvetta cheese in the block ( i use half of the plain and half the monterey jack w/ green chilies)

brown turkey and break up into bite sized pieces. drain. add broth, tomatoes , veggies and pasta. simmer just until pasta is al dente and veggies are cooked. add Velvetta cheese cut into chunks and stir until melted.
