1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp garlic salt

Here is how you make Creamy Potato Broccoli Soup w/Turkey Ham- 2 cup serving:

Peel and cut potatoes and in a large pot boil potatoes and onions. Once potatoes begin to boil, add Caldo de Pollo, cut up broccoli crowns into smaller pieces and add to pot. Once potatoes and broccoli are cooked (around 15 minutes or so) turn off heat and pour out about 1.5 cups of broth into a separate container. Add ham to potato and broccoli.In a medium fry pan, heat up margarine, add garlic powder and garlic salt add wondra a little at at time while using a wisk until flour is mixed into margarine. Keep stirring wisk and slowly add evaporated milk to keep smooth. Once all milk has been added and mixture is smooth, turn heat on low on the large pot and stir in milk mixture. Add more broth to soup as desired. Heat for an additional 5 minutes and stir until mixed well. Add pepper as desired.
