Here is how you make Ground Turkey and Barley Soup:

Brown ground turkey, add water and beef boullions. Bring to a boil. Add chopped celery and sliced carrots. Drop in the bay leaf (one or two whole leaves are fine). Reduce to simmer and add barley (not the quick cooking variety). Cook over medium low heat for 20 minutes. Add cubed potato and continue cooking another 20-25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
