1 T. sea salt
1/2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp basil
1 tsp paprika

Makes 16 cups of soup, about 100 calories per cup. Brown turkey with chopped onion and chopped green pepper until turkey is cooked. Add salt and spices - cook and stir 3 min over medium heat. Add liquid from tomatoes, beans and corn along with spaghetti sauce.
