Brown turkey meat, and drain off any fat. Add back to pan, and over medium heat, add veggies. Saute until onions are translucent. Add spices and sautee for 3 minutes. Add chicken stock, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to boil, and then reduce to simmer for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally. Makes 10-1 cup servings.
